Guided Reach Solutions was founded in 2025 by former AWS specialists with deep Amazon Connect and public sector contact center experience. Tim Gabriel helped establish the Amazon Connect Public Sector team at AWS, supporting government and regulated organizations modernizing their contact centers and cloud infrastructure.
Our founders saw a recurring challenge: public sector, education, and service organizations investing in contact center modernization without the right partner to guide them through complexity, align technology to outcomes, and execute with confidence. We launched Guided Reach Solutions to be exactly that partner.
Today, we are an AWS Advanced Consulting Partner specializing in Amazon Connect contact centers, contact center AI, and supporting cloud migrations. We work with counties, higher ed, utilities, retirement agencies, and service desks ready to move off legacy platforms.
