Deep Expertise,
Built Over Decades

Guided Reach Solutions was founded in 2025 by technology leaders who collectively bring over 25 years each of experience in IT and contact center technology. Our team's expertise runs deep — earned through decades of hands-on work at the forefront of enterprise cloud and communications, including time spent inside AWS helping organizations modernize their infrastructure.

Our founders saw a recurring challenge: enterprises investing heavily in cloud and AI initiatives without the right partner to guide them through complexity, align technology to business outcomes, and execute with confidence. We launched Guided Reach Solutions to be exactly that partner.

Today, we are an AWS Select Consulting Partner specializing in Amazon Connect contact centers, AI and GenAI solutions, and large-scale cloud migrations. We work with organizations ready to modernize their customer experience infrastructure and unlock the potential of cloud-native AI.

During his time at AWS, he helped establish the Amazon Connect Public Sector team, supporting organizations in modernizing their contact centers and cloud infrastructure. Previously, he managed teams at financial institutions delivering customer experience solutions. At Guided Reach Solutions, Tim concentrates on helping organizations accelerate cloud transformation, leverage AI-driven automation, and build scalable, future-ready customer engagement solutions.

Donald has 25+ years of experience in technology and cloud computing, serving as a catalyst for innovation and digital transformation. His AWS tenure involved advancing Amazon Connect adoption and guiding organizations through cloud migrations, and designing AI-powered contact center solutions. He previously directed telephony and contact center initiatives at major financial institutions, managing cloud migrations, compliance projects, and voice recording integrations. As co-founder, Donald works toward empowering organizations with cutting-edge cloud solutions, AI-driven automation, and innovative customer experience strategies.
