What does the free assessment include?
Our free 30-minute assessment is a no-obligation conversation with one of our AWS-certified architects. We’ll review your current infrastructure, identify immediate pain points, and outline a high-level roadmap for improvement. You’ll walk away with actionable recommendations regardless of whether you engage us further.
How does your pricing work?
We offer both fixed-price project engagements and time-and-materials arrangements depending on the scope and complexity. After the initial assessment, we provide a detailed proposal with transparent pricing. Most projects include a discovery phase to ensure accurate scoping before committing to full implementation costs.
How long does a typical engagement take?
Typical engagements run anywhere from 4–12 weeks, depending on complexity. We’ll provide a detailed timeline during the proposal phase.
Do you work with companies outside the US?
Yes. We’re a remote-first team and work with clients across North America and internationally. AWS infrastructure is global by nature, and our team is experienced in multi-region deployments and compliance requirements across different jurisdictions.
What happens after the project is delivered?
Every engagement includes a knowledge transfer and documentation phase. We also offer Guided Care for ongoing optimization, reporting, and admin guidance after launch, led by the same senior architects who built your instance.
Can you work alongside our existing IT team?
Absolutely. Most of our engagements are collaborative. We integrate with your existing teams through shared Slack channels, regular standups, and joint planning sessions. Our goal is to upskill your team throughout the process so they can operate confidently once the engagement wraps.
